Mr. Condon is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers and a Certified Senior Appraiser of the Equipment Appraisers Association of North America.
He brings to your business over 26 years of professional equipment experience in all aspects of asset management - throughout the life of leased or pledged collateral - from transaction origination through the final equipment disposition stages.
He is experienced in evaluating new transactions for risks and opportunities, assisting with document development and negotiation process with your clients, performing analysis and provide recommendations of portfolios for sale or purchase, managing the growth of existing portfolios, professionally handling all of the end of lease client interactions and negotiations for you, and performing any remarketing activities to maximize your residual recovery.
